Any day we get to run & be outside is a GREAT day! Join us for a bonus run & post-run yoga on National Global Run Day to celebrate all that the sport of running gives us! Please bring your yoga mat if you have one, we’ll have a few to loan out but can’t guarantee we’ll have enough for everyone!
Runners, walkers & yogis of all paces & abilities are welcome! The purpose of this event is to join together and have a relaxed run and do a little post-running yoga in community. Just good vibes :)
Itinerary:
6:30-7:30 PM- Start/End Run at Stoke Outfitters
~7:30 PM- Relaxed Post-Run Yoga
The "run wild" portion of our name refers to each run club has no set pace groups, distances, or routes. It's really about showing up, choosing your own adventure, & taking the pressure out of running. Just come out to have a great time :) We'll run/walk for an hour & meet back up at the starting point for a refreshing homemade brew from one of our very own runners!
Homemade brew will be provided. You're also welcome to just hang out & not drink! Please bring your own water. Come enjoy the perfect blend of running & community :)
