Any day we get to run & be outside and move is a GREAT day! Join us for a bonus hybrid workout hosted by The Function after our group run. Both events are free and open to all levels. We hope to see you there!

What to expect:

  • Group run: 8 AM | Hybrid workout: 10 AM
  • Distance: Choose your own adventure! We’ll give you some run routes, but you can easily run out and back, allowing you to customize your run (don’t worry, the group run lead doesn’t leave until everyone is off the trail/road).
  • Pace: All paces are welcome! We encourage all running levels to join!
  • Coffee will be provided
  • Equipment will be provided

What to bring:

  • Comfortable running shoes & clothing
  • BYOW - bring your own water!! Don’t forget to hydrate!
  • Positive vibes!
