Run? Walk? Jog?

Let's get together to practice/try running/walking/jogging 3-6 miles (you choose!) It's a great chance to socialize the human and dog runners without any pressure, behavioral expectations, etc. Just move and be.
We generally park in the far corner of the lot, nearest the animal shelter. Here's the route we follow (turns will be chalked):
West on Eisenhower to Holmes Run Trail (north)
Cross bridge to left into Ben Brenman Park. Run along Deer Run Ct. to Somersville St. - turn right. Then turn right on Deer Run Ct to stop sign.
Cross road and turn left to go up and over Duke Street (note - there are stray cat housing/catch areas in the brush to the right along this stretch)
Turn right on Duke street (pass library, CVS) - turn right on North Pickett - follow sidewalk/trail across bridge to Holmes Run trail park. For 4 or 5 mile loops - turn left. For 3 mile loop - turn right and follow Holmes Run trail. STAY ON TRAIL and go under Duke Street.
Follow Holmes Run Trail until you get back to the first bridge you crossed over - stay straight (go back over bridge only if you want 5 or 6 mile loop), and retrace your steps.
