FREE Guided 10k Trail Run, MARLOW

A wonderful 10K river run which is relatively flat. From the car park the route hits the riverbank of the Thames and we head westward towards Marlow and cross the stunning Marlow Bridge. Once on the south side of the River we head westwards, climbing gradually to 76m past Cookham and Winter Hill. The route crosses back over the River at the Railway Bridge and once back on the north bank there is an uninterrupted stretch to Bourne End and the Marina. The route continues westwards where we can accelerate all the way back to Gossmore Recreational car park to complete the loop.
