RSRC Thursday Night Speed Workout
Details
Thursday night is the Running Souls Run Club speed workout. Free to all. It is recommended that you be able to run at least 10 minutes a mile continuously for 3.5 miles. It is fine if you have never done speedwork Every week we do a different workout.
Most of the people in the club are not from Meetup. Our typical Thursday night workout has about 10 people. We are a small friendly group. You will get not get lost in the crowd. See https://runningsouls.net for lmore information.
