Here in Spain we have a word to describe that time after work on Thursday (Jueves) and before Friday (Viernes)... That word is JUERNES!
We're a social running group that capture the 'Juernes' vibes by running an easy 4k Sunset run at 7pm, hence the name Runset 7
This group really encourages new runners at the start of their fitness journey and everyone is welcome to come and go as they please.
