IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ
If you registered to play in our Special Event this Friday, and you haven’t had a direct message from me saying you have missed out - then you have been allocated a place and are expected.
To give as many people as possible a game, we have gone with the maximum practical number of 48 spots for 4 x 12 man teams, with each team playing 3 x 20 minute games. This means every team will get 60 mins of football.
In addition to those playing, any (regular-ish) members of the Frimley Lodgers group are welcome to come along to watch and join us for (free) drinks & pizza in the hospitality suite after the game(s)
Family & friends are also welcome - although the post match hospitality may not be appropriate for young children.
We will be kicking off at 7.00pm sharp.
So, if you’re playing, you MUST be there in time to change, warm up & have team photos taken, etc, before kick off. You should, therefore, aim to arrive by 6.40pm at the latest.
If you’re late, you will start as a substitute.
Please remember also, that there will be the usual £5 subscription for this game to make it fair to the guys that aren’t able to attend - and this MUST be paid BEFORE the game!
If you normally pay electronically but ‘forget’ to pay in advance, then you must bring £5 cash with you.
If you haven’t paid, you will start as a substitute.
For info, it’s a grass pitch and the forecast is for changeable weather. So, while it’s obviously up to you, firm grounds boots (ie, moulded studs) are probably the recommended footwear.
