Join us for a Pride sign-making event!

In today’s Russia, LGBTQ+ people face some of the harshest repression in decades. The so-called “international LGBT movement” has been labeled an extremist organization, making even public expressions of support risky. LGBTQ+ community groups have been forced to close, activists face persecution, and many queer people are pushed into silence, fear, exile, or imprisonment.

As Pride celebrations take place around the world, millions of LGBTQ+ people in Russia and other CIS countries still cannot safely speak about their identities, attend Pride events, or openly advocate for their rights.

Come create posters with us for NYC Pride and help amplify voices that are being silenced. Together, we can stand in solidarity with those who cannot march, cannot speak openly, and cannot safely be visible.

Bring your creativity, your compassion, and your commitment to human rights. Let’s make sure they are not forgotten.

Be the voice for those who cannot safely raise their own.
