### Introduction to Embedded Rust

In this talk Nick will demonstrate how to get set up for Embedded development in Rust quickly and easily using an STM32 microcontroller. We'll look at various levels of Embedded development in Rust from Bare Metal to Async and the embedded-alloc crate.

### The State of Rust UI

by Nico Burns

In this talk, Nico will go through:

• The different UI frameworks available in Rust, and why you might choose each
• Some of the work going into developing Rust UI frameworks in 2024
• Some of the shared foundational libraries that exist in Rust ecosystem

and also provide an idea of where to start if you wish to build applications with a Rust UI, or contribute to the development of Rust UI frameworks / libraries.
