We're here to help to promote the new Zed meetup in Amsterdam!

We're busy preparing an evening where you can learn and connect with other builders. Our priority is to help you cut through the noise, learn directly from the source, and also meet others that are working on the same thing as you.
Talks + Q&A
See what fellow builders are creating with speakers from the Monumental, Zed, and a potentially one more speaker (maybe you?). Come ready to be inspired.
Networking & Connection
Connect with peers over yummy food and drinks.
The Meetup

6:00 PM - Welcome & Networking (we wait for people to get there). See some of Monumental's robots in action!
6:30 PM - Opening & Introductions
6:35 PM - Ross Gardiner, Monumental - Using Rust for Robots
7:00 PM - David Kleingeld, Zed
7:25 PM - Nia Espera, working on Miri
7:50 PM - Q&A with the speakers
Afterwards, food, drinks, and meeting cool people!

## Hosts:

Monumental
Monumental builds autonomous robots that construct buildings. We're already laying bricks on family homes, canal walls and industrial buildings across the Netherlands!
We run a lot of Rust on our robots, as well as building our code to WASM for use in the browser.

Rust Amsterdam
A group of developers who love learning, developing and practising the Rust programming language. This is for anyone who is interested in the Rust programming language whether it be for games, embedded systems or application development

Zed
Code at the speed of thought – Zed is a high-performance, multiplayer code editor from the creators of Atom and Tree-sitter.
