Starting the meetup again

Hey guys and gals,
I know it's been a while, but we're starting the meetup again.
We'll be meeting the last Thursday of the month at Manuels Tavern.
We'll move on from there with regular meetups and hopefully starting to get speakers to talk about what's new or cool about Rust.
