Alex Crichton (Rust core team)

An exploration of the Rust project and community since the 1.0 stable release in May 2015 followed by a taste of what's to come from Rust in 2016. We'll take a look at incremental compilation in the compiler, a futures implementation for async I/O, and tooling updates especially around formatting and IDE support.

Florin Lipan (Blacklane) - "Web clients and web mocking for Rust ".

Exploring the current ways to test web clients in Rust and introducing a new crate for HTTP mocking. This will include a short intro on how to write an API client in Rust.
