An Introduction To Rust & Writing a Crate (Kahan Sums)

At the inaugural Rust KW meetup, we're going to have two talks:

For the first talk, Sunjay will give an introduction to the Rust programming language, the Rust type system, and ownership and borrowing. This talk is suitable for anyone, even if you only know a little bit of programming.

In the second talk, Mark will talk about Kahan summation, how he implemented a generic Kahan summer in Rust, and how he extended all iterators over floats to support a new kahan_sum method.

There will also be free pizza, so show up 15 minutes early to grab a slice before the talks begin!
