From Curiosity to Capability: Build Your Own Device Swarm
Details
We're back, we're ready to experiment, and this time we're exploring how Rust and WebAssembly can make distributed applications easier to build! π¦β‘
Meet Myrmic: an open-source distributed runtime built with Rust and powered by WebAssembly designed to run distributed applications across heterogeneous edge and embedded devices. π
In this hands-on workshop, we'll introduce the framework, show a live demo, and build interactive device swarms together. Whether you're passionate about Rust, curious about Wasm, or interested in distributed systems, come learn by building!
π€ SPEAKER
Alessandro Gasbarroni is a Senior Rust Developer at Peeriot, specialising in Rust and embedded systems.
