Note that the time has changed from 6:30pm to 6pm. This month is a hands-on session, so no worries if you can't make it at the new time. We're happy for people to arrive late.

December is often a light month for meetups and speakers can struggle to make time so close to the holidays, so this month will be a hands-on session.

We will be going through the problems in this year's Advent of Code and tackling them in Rust. https://adventofcode.com/

If you've never had a go before, Advent of Code is a set of daily coding challenges of varying complexity that's just a bit of fun for learning. The 12 days will be over by the time we meet, so you'll be able to have a go if you haven't touched them yet, or ask for help with anything you found tricky.

Remember to bring a laptop with a Rust compiler installed.

We'll be taking January off, due to various absences (read: recovering from New Year's), so after this, we'll see you again in February.
