Talk #1: Build Stuff with RustRover

Abstract:
RustRover is a dedicated IDE for Rust, developed by JetBrains. As a
professional tool, it takes some time to learn its features and apply
them effectively. In this talk, we'll walk through building a simple
software complex consisting of a web backend application with three
clients (clap-based, ratatui-based, and bevy-based) to see how
RustRover can support the development process.

Talk #2: Inside RustRover: Solving Your Issues with Lifetimes

Abstract:
While IDEs have grown over decades to help users visualize and
understand code. Rust introduces unique challenges that traditional
methods don't fully address. In this talk, I'll share RustRover's
journey so far and explore ways we might build new solutions for
issues with the Rust Borrow Checker.
