Talk details
Talk 1: An introduction to Rust, by Bèr Kessels
A very basic introduction to the Rust Programming Language. It will convince you to pick Rust for your future projects. And show how and where to start.
Talk 2: Low power & low frustration: a tour of embedded Rust, by Dion Dokter
Talk 3: Using SIMD for high performance math with Web assembly and native Rust, by Rik Arends of Makepad
The new portable SIMD (Single instruction, multiple data) API for Rust can speed up your math code 2-8x.
In this talk I will explain the basics of using it for Wasm+Native builds.

We always order plenty of vega(n) options. If you have other specific dietary requests be sure to let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Accessibility
The Infi office has a wheelchair elevator for the first few steps plus elevators to the third floor (it used to be a government building), but if you have any specific accessibility concerns let us know and we'll figure something out together.
