Deep Dive Session 1: Tokio my-redis Tutorial

Want to get a handle on async Rust?

Let's gather and power through all of the tokio my-redis tutorial. We will make sure to have a fun-damental understanding at each stage, so that we can really understand what's going on. If we find ourselves asking questions, we'll try to answer them by experimentation. Finally, if we find opportunities on doing so, we will fix typos or improve explanations and PR them in the tutorial repo.

This session will be held in a distributed very loose "mob coding" style. Time span is just an estimate - we may finish early.
