Rust Meetup #3

The third Rust Meetup is here and it's high time we do something productive.

This meetup will be all about getting people running with rust development, installing Rustc + Cargo and a brief tutorial on how to use Rust's tooling.

I'm also starting a regular feature of the meetups. I'll do a short spotlight on an interesting library each meetup. This time you can look forward to something that will get you started with making great CLI tools written in Rust ;)
