Title: "Testing Rust concurrency with Loom"
Description: "We present yet another way of making sure your Rust code is bulletproof. This time we will be using Loom tool written by Carl Lerche to smoke test implementation of one of our consensus algorithms. Loom allows to iterate through possible permutations created by synchronization primitives."
Speaker: Maksym Zavershynskyi is working on distributed algorithms in NearProtocol.com. ex-Googler and PhD in probabilistic algorithms.

Title: Rust Networking in the Browser
The libp2p project is a library that makes it possible to easily create decentralized peer-to-peer applications. One of its main features is the possibility to be agnostic over the transport layer, for example TCP/IP, Bluetooth, or WebSockets. By compiling libp2p into WASM and running it inside of a browser, we can create front-end peer-to-peer applications that use the same code as their desktop equivalent. This talk presents how we did it and which challenges have been encountered
Speaker: Pierre Krieger is working on a Rust implementation of the libp2p technology stack at Parity Technologies.
