When building libraries for other developers, proper API design is important for a multitude of reasons: From developer satisfaction to security when designing cryptographic libraries, there are many aspects to consider when building APIs. In his talk, Stefan will not only present different criteria for evaluating APIs, but also elaborate on the official Rust API design guidelines. After some initial groundwork, Stefan will show you how you can utilize Rust's powerful type system to aid you in designing better public APIs.
