This meetup exists to support the local Rust community. We're interested in Rust and its goals of empowering everyone to build safe, reliable software.
Please don't be put off if you're you don't feel that you're not a proficient Rust programmer though. Few Rust Wellington members are full-time (or even very experienced) Rust programmers. The programming language is quite novel in New Zealand's tech scene, so many people are curious. If you're curious too, you're very welcome to say hi!
