Mid-month Rustful—Impractical Rust: The HATETRIS World Record

Dave and Felipe will present their explorations of machine learning and eventual world record HATETRIS program in Rust. The talk will focus on the Rust-specific implementation details, difficulties, and design decisions. The talk will also illustrate what it’s like to solve real world problems starting with only a basic understanding of Rust, and the many things the authors wish they knew before they set out on this project.
