Do you want to do a talk? No length requirements, no quality requirements, just Rust themed — we'll be having a small show and tell section this time so if you want to dip your toes in presenting without committing to anything longer form, let's do it! :D
If you're not sure how to present, what to present, why to present, or just want advice or a prep talk, Brendan will be very happy to guide you!
Kick off will be around 18:00, with some pizza (vegan and vegetarian options - please inform the organisers about your diet prior to the day) and drinks (non-alcoholic and beer) supplied by the Techno Creatives.
Vague schedule:
- 18:00 - Arrival
- 18:30 - Introductions
- 18:45 - Show and/or tell -- very short talks or presentations about people's personal projects or hobbies :)
- (after the thing above) - A talk by someone, about something ;)
- (after that thing) - Q&A!
- 21:00 - everybody out
