It's that time of the year again when we celebrate one of the most epic moments in Bitcoin history: the legendary Bitcoin Pizza Day! 🍕💰

On May 22nd, 2010, Laszlo Hanyecz made a groundbreaking purchase of two large Papa John's pizzas for a whopping 10,000 BTC. Little did he know, those pizzas would go down in history as the first real-world transaction using Bitcoin, making May 22nd an annual celebration for the Bitcoin community.

Fast forward to 2024, those 10,000 BTC are now worth $650 million! 🤯 So let's raise a glass (or a pizza slice) to Laszlo, the man who unknowingly paid a fortune for pizza in order to ignite the bitcoin revolution!

Join us at Hardywood Brewery West Creek/Goochland on May 22nd 6:00PM - 9:00PM to celebrate Bitcoin Pizza Day with fellow Bitcoin enthusiasts and pizza lovers alike.
