Friday Morning Chair Yoga with Annie

This is an established chair yoga practice that happens every Friday morning at 11 am. The attendees are a really lovely group of people, welcoming to newcomers, but you may not see them register here anymore! There is a group practicing together every week, and we would love to have you join us.
In this chair practice we calm the mind while addressing all the joints of the body and finding greater ease overall. The warm-up is seated, then we progress to standing and balance poses, returning to seated to cool down and take rest.
We ask sliding scale $5-25, as you are able, to keep the practice and the space sustainable. All are welcome!
Chairs and yoga props are provided, just bring yourself!
