Friday Chair Yoga at Living Water
Details
Each Friday at 11 am we gather in the Yoga Room at Living Water Community Center to practice chair yoga. The practice is quite similar to mat yoga, just, we never sit on the floor, we have comfortable chairs. Please dress in comfortable clothes and shoes, and expect to warm up while seated, to work with standing and balance postures (with the support of the chair as needed), and to cool down while seated. There is no need to bring a yoga mat, but you might like to have a water bottle for after class.
All are welcome! Sliding scale $5-$20, as you are able on any given week. This helps support this beautiful natural nonprofit space and future classes.
