I’m Dawson. Over the past 8 years, I’ve led product, client success, and growth teams managing over $200M in revenue across multiple startups. I started this group because I wanted a space where ambitious young professionals could talk openly—not just about business strategies, but about the real experience of building something meaningful.
We meet for coffee, brewery nights, and casual hangs where the conversations range from marketing, sales, operations, and product scaling to the emotional and mental resilience it takes to keep going.
