Arnold Rim Trail May 8th

We have rescheduled our hike to Friday, May 8th due to rainy and muddy conditions on May 5th.The hike from the Sierra Nevada Logging Museum to San Antonio Falls overlook is approximately 8-9 mile moderate out- and- back trail in Arnold. The route begins with a paved section before turning into a single track trail. There are a few downed trees so hiking poles are recommended to avoid the trees. We should see dogwoods in bloom and tall lilies. We will have lunch at the top of the San Antonio overlook. Please bring plenty of water to drink. This will be my first hike as the Outings Leader of the Tuolumne Group . Martin from the Stockton group will be the sweep.
