- Peter Hayman (Principal Scientist at SARDI and Deputy Director of the SA Drought Hub) on the climate future of SA and the drivers for innovation it will create within the agrifood system
- Opportunities with the Beanstalk Drought Venture Studio, and presentations from drought and climate change orientated AgriTech companies
- The Schulz family sharing a farmers perspective of the drought cycle
- Australian Farmer of the Year James L Walker sharing his journey through drought in Longreach and the innovation and diversification that it drove on their station
