"Wonder More" - Join us for a series of informal walking tours throughout the Seattle area.

Our next walk will be through Fremont. Perhaps we’ll be paused by a bridge opening? Or catching a glimpse of the elusive bridge troll? No matter, we’ll experience the many faces of Fremont.

We'll meet at Stoneway cafe. Grab a treat when you arrive, and we'll start the walk 10 minutes after the start time, to give everyone a chance to arrive.

Look for street parking or nearby bus stop options.

Sunday Assembly's mission is to help people "Live better, Help often, and Wonder more". We strive to be radically inclusive, mindful, encouraging you to be your best self, whatever that means to you.

Come join our Sunday Assembly members to hangout, learn, and implement/use some of the tools from our Personal Cybersecurity talk!

We'll be helping people with using a password manager and other tools, in your daily life.

In this group we will gather monthly to discuss a topic related to Emotional Intelligence, topic/reading is posted below. We will also practice a listening activity developed by Raji Raman, where participants get a chance to role play the three main conversation roles (sharer, reflector and observer) with a focus on mindfulness and presence, self-compassion and acceptance.

We’re looking forward to our monthly gathering and hope you will join us! Our speaker for June is Angel Sauls, President of the non-profit, Friends of the Seattle Public Library. Their mission is to ”…elevate the Library and inspire the love of reading in our communities.“ Come and explore how the Friends of The Seattle Public Library supports SPLs mission which is to "bring people, information and ideas together to enrich lives and empower community".

What to expect:

• Time to mingle – chat and catch up with other community members
• Singing together – sing along to popular songs (lyrics provided!)
• A reading – we glean wisdom from multiple sources. From a short passage in a poignant book to a moving poem, inspiration comes in many forms.
• Guest speaker: Friends of the Seattle Public Library
• Discussion & Reflection on the talk

Monthly assemblies are a time for us to gather as a community to celebrate life and pursue ways to “Live better, Help often, and Wonder more.” Come share in the warmth, wisdom, and good vibes.
