We start the evening with two segments:

Lightning Talks: short presentations from community members sharing quick insights, projects or new tools. This time two speakers take the stage:

• Vladimir Samoilenko – "System 1 LLMs in Practice: Small Models, Fast Thinking": Not every task needs a large reasoning model. Vladimir shows where small, fast models do the job in practice, and what you gain in speed and cost.
• David Gilles – "How to Organize Your Personal AI Setup: Clear, Vendor-Independent and Portable": Prompts, skills, agents and notes pile up fast, and each tool keeps them in its own format. David shows how he structures his personal AI setup so that he can find things again and take his setup with him when he switches tools, models or even computers.

Vision Feedback Round: We want to build this community with you. In a short feedback session we collect your ideas on what this meetup should become. Your input shapes our future workshops, speakers and events.
Afterwards we have time for networking and discussion.
