Emilia is Head of Marketing at Userpilot, a product growth platform helping product teams deliver personalized in-app experiences to increase growth metrics at every stage of the user journey. She comes from content marketing background, loves experimenting with content and SEO, and building content and outbound ops for her growing marketing team. She scaled the companies content ops from 4 to around 100 blog posts per month and counting, and in the last 2 years has been focusing on launching Userpilot's first ABM strategy, generating $ 1.2 M in pipeline in the first 6 months.
Carmel is a customer advocacy specialist with over 10 years of experience transforming satisfied customers into powerful brand champions. Currently Global Customer Marketing Manager at DeepL, Carmel has built successful advocate communities and customer reference programs across leading companies like Okta and Workplace from Meta. Her data-driven approach to advocacy has delivered tangible results, including 60%+ webinar attendance rates and $200k in additional upsell pipeline through strategic customer storytelling. A certified customer marketing professional and Customer Marketing Alliance CAB member, Carmel expertly bridges the gap between customer voices and business growth, turning advocacy into a measurable revenue driver.
Clara is a Senior Campaign Manager at DeepL, driving impactful vertical and product campaigns. With a MA in Business Psychology and experience in diverse marketing roles within B2B SaaS, she strategically spearheaded the development of DeepL's campaign playbook and launched their ABM and developer campaigns, influencing over $2M+ in pipeline in her first year.
