Morana is a Croatian-born Berlin-based localization, content and UX professional. She has spent the past 14 years working as a manager and leader in the tech industry, building up localization, content and UX teams and processes while working on lean and efficient workflows. She loves to talk about why building products with great user experience is important, what good localization really means, why storytelling is the most underrated skill in business, empowering women in leadership, and how businesses and individuals can apply systems thinking and holistic approach for growth and scale.
Fanni Tihanyi, Regional Marketing Lead, CloudBees
Fanni is a seasoned demand generation and revenue marketer with over 10 years of experience in PR, communications, and marketing roles. She has spent the past 7 years driving regional marketing strategies for SaaS companies across EMEA. Fanni held impactful roles at IBM, Freshworks and impact.com, where she led GTM strategy for the DACH region - successfully launching in the company’s first non-English speaking market. Currently, she leads marketing across EMEA North & Central at CloudBees. Beyond her professional role, Fanni is passionate about intercultural communication, she thrives on exploring different cultures and languages.
