Morana is a Croatian-born Berlin-based localization
and product and UX professional. She has spent the past 15 years working as a manager and leader in the tech industry, building up localization, content and UX teams and working on cool products.
She loves to talk about why great user experience is the key, what good localization really means, why storytelling is the most underrated skill in business, and how businesses and individuals can apply systems thinking for growth and scale. Morana is also active in the DEI space and actively works on advancing women’s, parents’ and LGBTQI+ rights and influence.
