Kevin Michals is a certified EOS® Implementer, working closely with leadership teams to strengthen vision, traction and team health through the Entrepreneurial Operating System framework.

Kevin started his career building wealth management practices at Merrill Lynch and Citi during the dot-com boom, where he worked with ultra-high net worth tech founders. He later launched Cross Properties, growing it into a $500M portfolio of luxury apartments and scaling revenues to $25M with $15M EBITDA.

Speaker 2 - Michael C. Bertoni - SaaS & Tech Growth Hacking Framework

Michael C Bertoni is the Founder-CEO of SaaS Talent and for 11 years has helped 100+ SaaS and tech companies drive talent acquisition and growth strategies to help them dynamically scale their business.

Before founding SaaS Talent, Michael led sales at top tech companies including CA, Oracle, Google, Jive Software and Anexinet. For 10+ years he hit $2M–$6M quotas annually and what set him apart was his obsession with growth hacking and lead generation strategies. He consistently developed innovative ways to fill the funnel.

Speaker 3 - Luke Whalin - 5-Step GTM Framework

Luke is the Co-Founder and Head of Sales at HopSkip, a Philly-based hospitality SaaS startup founded in 2019 and backed by a $3M seed round. HopSkip is transforming the way event planners and venues connect by streamlining venue sourcing with automation and data-driven insights.

Luke has played a key role in driving HopSkip’s growth and building strong relationships across the hospitality and tech ecosystem. With his background in sales leadership and passion for SaaS, he’s focused on helping organizations modernize how they book and manage events.
