  • Shared Responsibility: To ensure our events are amazing experiences, participants are expected to cover their own cost for our events.
  • Reservation Policy: For events requiring reservations, we ask for a refundable deposit to hold your spot. Your deposit will be fully refunded once you attend the event. This helps us guarantee attendance and organize smoothly.
