This is a FREE series of classes available 24/7 for 10 weeks online. This is an asynchronous course, taken ANY TIME of the day that works for you, designed for learning at your own pace, but with a weekly pacing guide to encourage you to stay engaged.

Our focus across this course is on developing proprioception and mobility/flexibility using a chair as a tool. It is not all sitting, but many exercises can be done with the help of just a chair, allowing us to go deeper with more support on the body to better understand our physical strengths and limitations.

Topical health and wellness lectures included.
