This is a series of classes available 24/7 for 10 weeks. This is an asynchronous course, taken ANY TIME of the day that works for you, designed for learning at your own pace, but with a weekly pacing guide to encourage you to stay engaged.

Improve core strength, posture, and muscular endurance through Pilates-based training. Emphasizes spine-safe and osteoporosis-friendly exercises. A great starter for someone who is trying to get into Pilates, or wants to easily improve their physical health.

Topical Health and wellness lectures included.

Taught by Instructor Fleur Fong, Assistant Professor, Santa Ana College NASM-CPT; certified yoga instructor, with a BS and MS in Kinesiology
