This is a series of classes available 24/7 for 10 weeks. This is an asynchronous course, taken ANY TIME of the day that works for you, designed for learning at your own intensity with a weekly pacing guide to encourage you to stay engaged.

Our focus with this course is to improve strength, coordination, and functional dexterity through guided circuit training. Timed exercises use weights, bands, or bodyweight with joint-friendly options.

Topical Health and wellness lectures included.

Taught by Instructor Fleur Fong, MS, NASM-CPT. Certified personal trainer with a M.S. and B.S. in Kinesiology
