This is a series of classes available 24/7 for 10 weeks. This is an asynchronous course, taken ANY TIME of the day that works for you, designed for learning at your own pace, but with a weekly pacing guide to encourage you to stay engaged.

Our focus across this chair yoga course is on developing proprioception and mobility/flexibility using a chair as a tool. It is not all sitting, but many exercises can be done with the help of just a chair, allowing us to go deeper with more support on the body to better understand our physical strengths and limitations.

This also includes mat yoga videos but different than our other section. Enroll in both sections for more classes.

Optional topical health and wellness lectures included.
