Meets Tuesdays and Thursdays for 10 weeks between 5/28-8/1.

This class is an online class (with class recordings if you miss the live class) featuring an intermediate aerobic exercise to improve heart and lung (cardiovascular) function and improve and challenge coordination.

Includes health education lecture content in the modules to improve the participant's understanding of improving one's health outcomes through everyday lifestyle decisions.
