Meets online Thursday at 6 PM for 10 weeks between 5/28-8/1.

This is an online class (with class recordings if you miss the live class). Students will explore health and wellness concepts while actively participating in weekly live Zoom sessions featuring low-impact physical fitness activities that promote strength, balance, flexibility and mindfulness, through progressive functional training, along with post-class online activities in Canvas. Incorporates standing exercises, dynamic movement patterns, and resistance to improve balance, mobility, and performance in daily activities helping participants build healthy habits that support lifelong independence and a higher quality life.
