Meets online Fridays and Saturdays for 10 weeks between 5/29-8/1.
Improve balance, stability, and mobility through targeted exercises that enhance coordination, posture, and joint control. Focuses on fall prevention, movement confidence, and the ability to safely perform daily activities across a variety of environments. Exercises can be adapted for a range of ability levels.
Must register by May 19th by using the online event link above.
