Meets Thursdays for 10 weeks between 5/28-8/1.
Intermediate strength, coordination, and endurance through progressive functional training. Incorporates standing exercises, dynamic movement patterns, and resistance to improve balance, mobility, and performance in daily activities for those ready to build beyond foundational levels.
