It’s great exercise and a fun way to enjoy the beauty of the river.

Beginner Friendly! I’m recovering from an injury so I won’t be going too far. We’ll make sure swimmers of every level have at least one swim buddy :)

If you’re new to open water swimming I’m happy to help out with any questions. All you need to start is a suit, googles, ear plugs, and a towel. I’m happy to let you use my disposable ear plugs if you don’t have any
