April Meeting

We have a great meeting planned for April! The Levee is Biddeford's newest repurposed industrial space development and they have graciously agreed to host us. We will be meeting at the rooftop lounge (weather permitting). This will be a great chance to check out their amenities and learn more about the project.

Our guest speakers this month are all about providing assistance to landlords to improve or expand your portfolio.

We will have a representative from the Biddeford HUD housing program to speak with us and answer questions about their Lead abatement funds that are available.

John Egan from the Genesis Fund will also be joining us to talk about the services that they offer. The Genesis fund is a nonprofit Community Development Financial Institution. They work to help developers small and large overcome barriers to creating new housing. They offer flexible loans and help their clients navigate the complex development process.
