This month we will be hearing from Tom Evans with Acadia Lending Group. Tom is a mortgage broker and real estate investor and will be talking with us about the residential side of lending. Owner occupant multi-family loans are a great way to get into multi-family investing or expand your portfolio without a lot of money down. He also has some DSCR products with some attractive terms that he will touch on.
