Men's Healing Day (Hybrid)

Join our Men’s Healing Day to find your space, move stuck energy, and focus on your own healing while getting out of isolation.

Date and Time: Saturday, Sept. 13 from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. PT

Location: Online via Zoom and in person at the Sacramento Mission

Schedule (subject to change):

• 10 a.m. - Arrive
• 10:30 a.m. - Opening Meditation
• 11 a.m. - Men’s Readings & Healings
• 1 p.m. - Lunch & Social Activity (in-person only)
• 4 p.m. - Close

Contribution: $40 for in-person and $20 for online
