English Country Dance (Roseville)

Sunday, February 2nd, please join us for English Country Dancing called by David Newitt, with live music from our house band, Quite Carried Away. For an afternoon, you can live in the world of Jane Austen! Costume not required, but admired. The location is the Masonic Lodge at 235 Vernon St. in Roseville.

As usual, beginners are welcome and partners aren't necessary. If you are a first-timer or are bringing one, please arrive at 1:30 for the introductory workshop that precedes the dance. All dancers are welcome at the workshop, but first-time attendees receive a coupon for half-off admission at their next dance. The cost is $12 for adults; $8 for college students with ID; $5 for dancers under 18; $25 maximum for families (cash or check).

It’s always nice when folks bring snacks to share–please bring items that don’t require plates or utensils. Please bring your own water bottles.
